All of our orders are sent under plain packaging, with nothing to indicate the parcels contents.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us so we always use plain brown or black packaging without logos or branding to ensure 100% discretion. The only person to know is you!

There are no markings on the back or side of your parcel that make it distinguishable as from Greatvibes Distribution Ltd.

All orders over £70 Free Delivery By Royal Mail 24® (only Monday to Saturday) are delivered free in the UK mainland. 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs and options - United Kingdom

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours – £5.00 per order (Free when you spend £70 or more)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hours – £6.00 per order (Free when you spend £70 or more)

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm – £9.00 per order.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday – £11.00 per order 

Do you post overseas?

At the present time, we are only shipping within the UK.


How is my parcel delivered?
At Greatvibes Distribution we pride ourselves on our efficient and cost effective delivery, we do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time.

We use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, Interlink Express, Royal Mail International or Airsure.

Next working day if you ordered before 3pm.
The service offers a guaranteed next working day delivery for orders placed before 11am Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before 11am on a Friday will be delivered on Monday, and orders placed after 11am on Friday, a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

When can I expect my parcel?
All orders received before 11 am are processed and despatched the same day, the time to deliver depends on your chosen delivery type and location. There is a guide time quoted at checkout.

What if I'm not home to sign for the parcel?
The postman or courier will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your parcel, or who to call to re-arrange delivery.

What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
If your parcel is late or lost, please accept our apologies, and please call us immediately so we can investigate and arrange for a replacement to be sent at no cost to you.

Do you offer "Split Shipment"?
At the moment we do not offer this service, if an item is out of stock we will contact you to get your permission to either cancel all or part of your order.
